Matt Bond - Rider Profile

Beccles youngster Matt Bond has been racing motorcycles since age seven, starting at schoolboy motorcross, which delivered a substantial deal of success, which lead onto him being given the opportunity to compete in the Aprilia Superteen series.

After three years, Bond move into the MiniTwins series in 2004 and instantly established himself as a front runner, taking three wins, numerous podiums and a couple of lap records along the way. Bond ended the season with a brilliant second overall in the MiniTwins series, whilst also capturing the Bemsee 400 / 650 Clubman Shootout title.

For 2005, Bond was supplied a newer K3 model SV650 by Mike Edwards at www.givemethekeys.com, for Bond to compete on in the MRO Minitwins series, and select BEMSEE MiniTwins rounds also.

Bond's main aim is to take the 2005 MRO Minitwins title and is determined to reach his true potential. With a great team behind him and his superbly prepared T&J Commercials / www.givemethekeys.com Suzuki, nothing looks to stand in the way of this talented teenager.

Bond currently enjoys sponsorship and support from T&J Commercial Repairs, www.givemethekeys.com, G. Cook Plumbing and Heating, www.trackparts.co.uk, Derek Flegg Motorsport, Mum & Dad and Mr Brown's Paddock Services.

Matt would like to thank everyone for their support and for helping him reach his goal of becoming one of the UK's top Road Racers.
